For an overview of the Forum click on Communicate in the menu on the left.
To access the forum:
Click Forum in the menu on the
left
To join the forum:
Access the forum and then click Sign Up. You will be
asked many optional questions. Joining the Forum means that
you can post messages, create new topics, and view the public
information of other members.
